Abhyanga

Abhyanga means ‘oil massage’ in India. It is defined as a ritual of pouring aromatic/herb infused oil over a person’s head or the entire body. According to Ayurveda, oil massaging plays a vital part in one’s longevity and wellness. Abhyanga helps to remove any imbalances (body and mind toxins) that have arisen from mental and physical stresses in this modern world while purifying and rejuvenating.
